Cold As Ice
Brrr… it’s a chilly 21 degrees here today. So, Pinky and I decided to take advantage of the cold and we made an ice candle holder for outside. It was super easy and it looks so pretty and simple. I could see a bunch of these lining a walk or driveway, assuming the wind wasn’t too intense.
If you want to make your own icy candle holder, then never fear. Hear are the easy peasy directions.
Supplies:
1 Medium Plastic Container
1 Small Plastic Cup (A Dixie cup may also work.)
Water
Tape
Fill the medium container a little more than half full with water. Submerge the smaller empty cup in the water and tape it down so that it is floating no more than an inch above the bottom of the medium container. Freeze and remove to reveal your icy candle holder.
